I came across this project on Instagram and although it's already passed I wanted to share it with you here. The Artist Plate Project aims to sell uniquely designed plates by world renowned artists to feed the homeless in NYC. To date it has partnered with over 150 artists. It's a project well worth sharing. I used to volunteer at a homeless shelter and it was a truly rewarding experience and I only wish this kind of project would be adopted in other cities who are experiencing the same kind of issue.
