Birkenstock's Attempt to Be Stylish?

I am not a die-hard fan of this brand but I know some people swear by them. They are a little too stiff and sometimes too wide to make walking comfortable. Unless you buy the ones with the soft bed you're going to experience pain and many blisters. The one pair I owned I loved but more for its design than anything else. They were a beautiful orange with a nice flowery pattern that went with everything. They were perfect for summer and I was willing to put up with the blisters because with size 10 feet my options were limited. If I had know they would not be returning, I would have bought an extra pair. This year, I noticed a few pairs that look interesting. They're simple but they are a bit more stylish than other Birks. Overall, great for summer, and even better for vacation.
